Are you a migrant living in Hungary for a longer time?
Do you know Budapest? Have you discovered the cool places and programs?
Would you like to support a migrant or a refugee and share your experiences about living in Hungary?
We are looking for migrant mentors!
The mentoring program is a series of regular one-on-one meetings. During these meetings the mentor and the mentee will agree on a goal, and they will work together on achieving it. This goal depends on the mentee’s need: it can be finding out good places in Budapest; discussing practical things; discovering together the Hungarian culture, life, or traditions; or just having a nice coffee and talk.
The mentoring program is part of our Building Bridges project. We believe that due to the mentor meetings our participants will have more connections to Hungary, they will understand better and integrate easier into the Hungarian society.
We will organise a training for the mentors. The dates of the training: 14th and 15th May (Saturday and Sunday), from 10:00 AM.
Place of the training: 1085 Budapest, Pál utca 6.
