Would you like to participate as a photographer in our first photo exhibition?
M!RA is organising a photo exhibition to draw attention to the stunning diversity that exists in the city, through works from all of you, artists from all over the world!
We invite you to participate and send us your pictures (max. 3) inspired by the slogan “COLOUR YOUR MIND”, the slogan of mira! program run by Artemisszió.
Mira! is a community of Hungarians and foreigners, migrants and refugees living in Budapest, who organize themselves to share ideas, to learn from each other and to work together for a stronger society.

Send your pictures by email before the 16th of April to info@mira.artemisszio.hu with the subject: “1st photo exhibition”, your name (or artistic name) and the title of the picture. File format should be JPEG.
The participation is free of charge and the organisers will provide participants all the support what they need. Previous art experience is not necessary, all you need is a camera and a story that you want to tell in your picture.
The photo exhibition will be held in May in different public spaces of Budapest. All photos will be exhibited with the given name or artistic name to preserve the identity for those who prefer it. If you want to share more about yourself, it is also very welcome. In this case, you can include a short note about yourself (your age, geographic origin, your native language, profession, your story... anything that you want to share.)
If you need an inspiring space and nice co-workers to make the first step, come to our photo workshop on the 9th of April: the location is Margitsziget, Nagyrét, the starting is about 2 pm!
